Instreet makes institutional assets available to individual investors.
Launched in 2008, we act as a conduit between institutions and financial advisers. This involves liaising closely with the financial adviser community to understand their needs and talking to institutions to learn current trends in financial products and structures and to understand the market in a macro sense.
We then distil and analyse what is happening in the institutional world and interpret this in light of advisers' needs. This involves such things as working out sustainable trends, identifying good products and structures from bad, and applying a due diligence process in the development of our own products from day one.
In an investment environment all too often characterised by 'me-tooism' our investment products have been designed to capture the imagination of financial advisers and clients. They offer a quality alternative to the growth and income products produced by the major houses.
