Instreet strengthens its distribution team

Boutique fund manager Instreet today announced the appointment of Sam Harris as a Relationship Manager for New South Wales, strengthening its distribution team across Australia.
With more than eight years of experience in the financial services industry, he brings to the role a wide knowledge of the alternative investment market, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and a strong network of relationships in the retail financial services market.
Instreet’s Managing Director George Lucas said: “We are very pleased to have Sam join us. We are strengthening our distribution capabilities to match our strengths in the product development area, as well as the growing appetite for new products in the market.
“There is a renewed interest in bespoke and customised solutions as financial advisers seek to add value for their clients. We will increase our suite of products and continue to expand our business model in response to the demand from the advisory market.
“Sam will be responsible for expanding our relationships with adviser networks and groups in NSW.”
Sam holds a Masters of Business Finance from UTS with a major in Corporate Finance and is a Certified Finance and Treasury Professional (CFTP) as well as a Senior Associate (SA Fin) at the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He is studying for his Diploma of Financial Planning through Kaplan Professional.
